Skjoldhamn Hood
Seriously awesome, knitted woollen hood with a short closed cape, inspired by the Skjoldhamn caped hood, found in Norway app the year of 1050.
Goes with everything and looks great on everyone. Awesome with a viking - or Medeaval costume.
The 'real' Skjoldhamn Hood wasn't knitted but woven - knitting had been 'invented' way before then, but in Europa needlebinding (nålebinding) was a thing, knitting didn't get here until a couple of centuries later.
The hood is very soft and flexible, and of course really warm.
Nice detail is that it will work great under or over a winter coat as well.
